       I went in for a warranty claim thought I needed an alternator they charged me $63 dollars just for a diagnostic on what I needed . They said it's the alternator and the battery they said the alternator was $500 and labor was $250 plus a battery for another $270 . I was like are you serious.... I didn't have the work done I brought it to my local parts store they ran a test on everything. The alternator was good just needed a battery . So they were going to charge me for the alternator anyway .... 🤔 🙄.  No bueno . No good. Rip off . Go somewhere else...... And they left my window open all weekend got all wet inside .

      My Infiniti was with the shop for 2 and a half weeks but they fixed the car and it runs very well.....only problem that did not give them 5 stars was the head mechanic calling me within the 2 and a half weeks telling me that he fixed certain things on his own that would not be any extra to me and them the bill ends up having the service on it at the end after I was told it would not cost extra to me..Granted, a few things were done without charge and the car was serviced very well though but if I am told that I will not have to pay extra for certain things (when I'm around people who heard it being said) then I expect the person to keep their word. Don't call me and tell me this was fixed and it's no extra cost to me and it was done on the person's free will and make it a different story when I pick the car up..no extra cost means I don't pay anymore than what was agreed at first and if I'm told the warranty covered everything then I am not supposed to be paying anything more than my deductible. All in all, it wasn't too bad but words mean alot when I'm told something.
